Wise4Work have conducted a number of development programs for the WRU, including regional team, pre-season Sports 'Boot camps' (Scarlets and Ospreys), coaching development programs and pathway managers programs. One of our proudest success stories was in 2015 when working with the WRU Women’s Rugby Team who undertook our Wise4Relationship
Wise4Work have conducted a number of development programs for the WRU, including regional team, pre-season Sports 'Boot camps' (Scarlets and Ospreys), coaching development programs and pathway managers programs. One of our proudest success stories was in 2015 when working with the WRU Women’s Rugby Team who undertook our Wise4Relationships (SDI 2.0) program mixed with experiential learning activities that built on the teams cohesive bond and winning mind-set. Wales women went on that weekend to beat England, RFU, only the second time to achieve this result.

Our work with the NHS in Wales is extensive but we are no more proud than when our facilitators conducted an 'away day' for a group of 25 Cancer Care (end of life) heroes.

Our work with the NHS in Wales is extensive but we are no more proud than when our facilitators conducted an 'away day' for a group of 25 Cancer Care (end of life) heroes.
Working on team cohesion and communication skills as a learning outcome, the Unit Director, Nurses and support staff exposed a key issue within the department following an experiential communication exercise. The department was so focused on patient care and support that the Units own communication channels and staff worth was non-existent!
This emotional discovery resulted in greater staff understanding and appreciation within the Leadership team, with a staff wellbeing and communication stratergy affirmed.

Following a successful Military career, serving in the Royal Air Force (RAF - Regiment) in many challenging operational environments for over 26 years, followed by a 6 year sales director role,
Simon's passion for people and professional development while supporting Veterans, naturally led to the establishment of Wise4Work Ltd. Recognising the immense skills, passion, real time experiences and dedication to Serve (as leaders), Simon's drive to develop a business that harnessed Veterans knowledge for the betterment of other leaders and teams seemed a natural calling.
A keen sportsman, playing rugby for many years within the military and local teams until later in his career, offered an alternative perspective on team enhancement. Notably, Simon was honored with a Commendation during the London Olympics 2012, recognising a Leadership commitment that bonded both Military and Private security personnel towards this global sporting goal.
A qualified Facilitator, with a Leadership Degree and psychometric assessment understanding, Simon regularly facilitates Leadership courses Globally.

Dyfan Pierce, served 22 years service in the Royal Air Force as a Physical Training Instructor/Exercise Rehabilitation Instructor delivering Sports and conditioning to MOD and Civil Service Staff. His training and facilitation delivery is developed by facilitating a wide number of leadership groups and seniority levels. One of Dyfan's main achievements was the support of injured service personnel at Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre Headley Court, focusing on both physical and mental trauma.
Dyfan is a Keen sportsman and loves his football, with a UEFA Football Coaching background. A notable achievement was to assist in the leadership of the UK Armed Forces Football team for 9 years,competing internationally against foreign forces.
Dyfan is a dedicated family man, with a home in Swansea since 2010 where his wife Cheryl and 2 beautiful daughters, Rose & Millie regularly participate in community initiatives.
