About Us

Following a 27 year career in the Military, our Wise4Work Ltd founder, Simon Jones believed that offering a pathway for Ex Military Facilitators with vast Operational and non-Operational experiences could be offered to organisations who recognised the extensive skill base Veterans possess. 

From Leadership direction for an 18 year old soldiers under enemy fire in Afghanistan, to diplomatic security support during Op Olympics (London 2012), to high level strategy and disaster planning (to name but a few challenges) - Military life is NOT your normal day at the office, and all this on top of a primary role, such as Pilot, technician, physical training instructor, signaller, infantry soldier etc.

And so Wise4Work Ltd was born, to harness Veterans (military and blue light) superb skills for the benifit of others.

Our approach is a simple one:

Inspire our clients to think holistically, work smartly and become servant leaders.

Motivate to the point of personal stretch (but NOT panic), where our clients are moved from their comfort zones to an area of self learning through exiting, challenging and fun experiential learning activities from Veterans Facilitators.

Empowerment - Finally, our mission is to expose understanding and affirm an empowered road map through experienced group facilitation, in order to anchor skills and strategies that build productive individuals and positive cultures and teams.
