How the program works

  

Firstly, and in advance of the days program, the SDI 2.0 Assessment, designed by Elias Porter, are sent to our clients via an e mail link that allows access to the SDI 2.0 assessment platform. Each client completes a questionnaire prior to the facilitated Wise4Relationships program which generates a report and visual diagram.


Then, during the one-day program, each person on your team can measure their motives, response to conflict, strengths, and weaknesses overdone strengths—and learn how they relate to their colleagues. This psychological assessment provides a portrait of the whole person: the strengths they bring to work, their motives when working with others, and much more.


Experiential exercises and group discussions are used to facilitate and embed an individual’s motives, strengths and overdone strengths in order to develop a personalised picture for future development. 


The Wise4Relashionships program and SDI 2.0 psychometric assessment can be added to any of our other courses, even our bespoke courses and is a powerful addition.
