Our Wise4Business (ELDP), is bespoke by nature, taking client requests for targeted learning and building experiential development exercise that challenge leadership decision-making, provoking discussions that cultivate new and innovative strategies that positively reinforce the organisations positive culture.

Managing Teams Program
 

Our Wise4Business (MTP), is a tailored program that has the ability to focus on managers who wish to build a cohesive, productive well engaged teams that communicate effectively and breath the organisations vision and culture.

The program is built around the specific needs of the manager and can focus on many differing topics such as communication, inclusion, team collaboration, conflict resolution etc.

Individual Skills Program

The oil in any organisational team is it’s staff and how they perform at work depends on both the person and the organisations ability to support that person. Our Wise4Business (ISP), uses fun but challenging exercises to enhance all areas of team development, while also highlighting personal areas of development.

Facilitated sessions assist team learning via practical exercises linked lightly to academic models that embed future learning.

The Wise4Relashionships program and SDI 2.0 psycometric testing can be added to our Wise4Business programs and is a powerful addition.
