Our Wise4Hybrid program has been built to cope with the different work environments and working patterns that are offered by organisations in the current and future world. Hybrid and remote working practices have many employee and employer advantages, both from a financial and physical perspective, although there are many people and companies that struggle with the challenges of this working style.
The Wise4Hybrid program is a flexibly facilitated hr courses tailored around the business and team needs. We focus on team cohesion, hybrid challenges for management and individuals / teams, communication and connectedness, extrinsic and intrinsic motivation and trust. Experiential exercises are used to challenge thinking and enhance team cohesion, while facilitated discussion drives a future road map for Managers and employees to take forward.
