Wise4Life
Personal health and wellbeing is at the heart of our Wise4Life program, and we specifically focus on several key areas that enhance self confidence, self-belief, mindfulness, routine and habit setting, employability skills, communication techniques and much more. The program is truly bespoke and tailored around individual and group wellness, designed to support individuals struggling with post Covid challenges or life in general.
Our Wise4Life program is aimed towards organisations who wish to support their employee’s wellness, equipping managers with the tools to help and understand their staff, while assisting individuals and groups of employees to overcome their current challenges and building a plan for future balance.
We also collaborate and work with other wellness practitioners who add a further dimension to the Wise4Life program, through mental health awareness, mind and body training and life coaching, in an environment that is not necessarily classroom based.
Our Wise4Life principles are founded on a personal development journey and are facilitated by seasoned military veterans, who have experienced a wide variety of different wellbeing challenges, within a myriad of different and difficult environments.

1. Companies who wish to support the wellbeing of their employees at all levels of the organisation.
2. Government and NHS authorities wishing to support individuals struggling with unemployment due to wellness issues.
3. Sports individuals and teams finding post injury a wellness barrier to getting back to full strength and excelling at the top level.
4. Young adults who find confidence and anxiety overwhelming and a barrier to employment.
